For our important client, leader in Continuos Sandwich Panel Lines, we are hiring a

Sales Manager FLEX

Location : Monza e Brianza province, Italy

Organizational Integration : The job holder reports to the Sales Director Flex

Your main tasks :

o Identify worldwide new business opportunities for Sandwichpanel Lines

o Plian how to build a high-level of strong client relationship with existing and prospective clients to establish a competitive positioning in the defined region and provide input to company product, price and sales strategy

o Report business vision to the management, develop projections and both, technical and commercial proposals for clients, submit forward project reports to keep abreast of upcoming business opportunities in the area

o Full responsibility for acquiring new clients in the defined area

o Generate annually redefined sales revenue target (or higher) and regularly conduct sales research activities to determine market conditions

o In charge of tender preparation and submission, prepare sales presentations, generate contracts to ensure successful outcome of transactions

o Work with local agents and partners to obtain approval, develop detailed specifications, and design custom solutions using company products for industrial customers

o Follow-up on Sales to maximize opportunities and profitable growth within assigned geographical area

o Act as eyes and ears of the company in the target market, including monitoring and reporting customer satisfaction levels to company group management

o Draft and prepare written reports detailing meetings with company partners or customers

o Work closely with the all relevant cross-functions such like engineering, service, marketing etc.

o Close interaction with After Market support to assist with technical training for company product installation, operation, and troubleshooting

Your profile :

Professional Experience :

o Minimum of three (3) years related experience with capital equipment or Polyurethane related markets

o Minimum of three (3) years of prior technical / commercial sales experience in new sales and / or business development role(s), in multiple countries

o Proven experience with long lead time sales and selling based on technical arguments

o Proved familiarity with prevalent engineering standards and practices

o High proficiency in company product knowledge and application of the products on customer's systems

o Sales experience based on global business environment

o Strong background in outlining and reporting of forecasting and budgeting

o Proven experience with direct customer contacts and key account management

o Experience in the development and execution of innovative and successful business development strategies that follow demands of substantial and sustainable growth

o Professional background in an innovative, successful medium-sized company with an international holding structure, preferably experience with German and / or European stakeholders

o Sound market and customer knowledge in industrial segments related to Henneckès business

o Knowledge and experience in the communication and mode of practice in companies with international branches

Personality :

o Entrepreneurial skillset combined with ability to work within the structure of a SME

o Strong business development skills

o Ambitious and a strong will to succeed

o Convincing analytical and strategic capabilities

o Technical understanding and ability to grasp the relevant Hennecke Process technologies

o Integrity with a strong sense of loyalty

o Capable of independently working on concurrent sales assignments and objectives

o Effectual team player with company management team, with a proven aptitude to make systematic, agreed upon decisions for the company

o Decisive person with the ability to turn decisions into actions

o International mind-set and understanding of different business cultures

Personal Data :

Education : B.S. in a technical field, ideally Engineering, with an additional commercial or business degree advantageous.

Language(s) : Fluent English language skills highly desired German beneficial

Compensation : Base salary of 70,000- 90,000 plus 20 bonus
