Join Amplifon’s Italian HR team and help shape the future of an exciting industry at the intersection of Retail and Med Tech.

We are looking for a talented and committed HR People Partner / HR Business Partner to play a critical role in managing Amplifon's growth in Italy.


Advise and coach managers to drive workforce performance, providing front line support in the areas of talent, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness and change management.

Deliver HR strategy, initiatives and programs to the organization.

Key activities / responsibilities

  • Support Managers in regards to HR requests and coaching on performance management and other talent issues
  • Manage and coordinate HR service delivery to ensure risk and compliance and operational excellence
  • Collaborate with People Services to deploy processes and services that are required to be executed in line with CoE standards.
  • For example : payroll and benefits, local development and training, recruitment and onboarding, performance and compensation reviews

  • Facilitate HR communications and reporting
  • Provide feedback on HR policies, processes and programs to the Head of HR, People Services and CoEs
  • Partner with directors and managers from the Business
  • Education and experience

  • University Degree in Work and Organizational Psychology, Business, Economics or related studies. An MSc in Human Resources degree will be highly appreciated
  • 5+ years’ relevant experience as HR Business Partner or HR Manager in complex organizations
  • Retail / Sales / Commercial HR management experience is a preferred qualification
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Available to travel across Italy (approx 30% of the time)
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-disciplined and motivated to create new things, used to work both strategically and hands-on, balancing high quality long-term achievements and quick-wins
  • Outstanding client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships
  • Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results
  • Ability to influence and work effectively with key cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership team across the organization
  • Analytical skills; ability to make data driven decisions; understand and manage HR metrics
