Responsibilities

The Manager Prof Ed & Training TT will support the Director Europe Professional Education & Training to oversee region specific development and education of clinical / non-clinical education and sales learning and development including strategy and implementation for all HCP interactions and activities in alignment with compliance guidelines and franchise goals.

In addition, this role will assist with compliance program execution and risk management by closely collaborating with regional HCP partners.

Focus is on development and implementation.

Key Tasks and Activities :

  • Initiate, establish and drive the education and training implementation in line with supporting
  • TT Products, GF and Europe Marketing strategies specific to the needs of the clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to include HCPs, allied health and administration.

  • Lead, develop and execute Prof Ed and Sales Training programs for the products responsible for; summits, labs, symposia, speaker programs for TT Products to include, but not limited to, clinical benefits, economic benefits and value-add tools.
  • Leverage & collaborate Integra GF Centers of Excellence for Professional Education training programs.
  • Lead the leveraging and implementation of tools and technology to drive efficiency and effectiveness of Professional Education by exhibiting economic benefits while maintaining clinical relevance and patient safety.
  • Maintain, strengthen, and develop new / existing KOL / Preceptor relationships with relevant key clinicians. Develop next generation KOL s for the respective responsible products
  • Responsible for adhering to all legal, regulatory and HCC policies to include : AdvaMed, Pharma, ACCME, Sunshine Act, etc.
  • Link to medical societies on CCVI partnerships and programs
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that that company support for clinical education meets all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, and Health-Care Compliance policies
  • Implement efficient and effective onboarding content education for new hires and hence be the consistent image to all new hires when it comes to content of TT sales roles.
  • Develop, build and implement digital presence for Professional Education training programs.
  • Qualifications

    MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bachelor's degree required. Master’s Degree (MBA, MSc) preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience with prior experience in CSS Medical Device industry preferred.
  • Proven ability to learn complex technology / clinical applications required.
  • Familiarity with the medical device industry, laws and regulations governing medical device manufacturers, and healthcare compliance.
  • Sales Training and / or HCP Education development experience is required.
  • Identifies potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk, collaborates with other departments (, HCC, Risk Management, Internal Audit, etc.
  • to direct compliance issues to appropriate existing channels, develops and implements corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues, and provides general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future.

  • TT technology knowledge is preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation and collaboration skills required.
  • Ability to work effectively with peers, both internally and externally
  • Must demonstrate strong commercial and business acumen.
  • Required Language Skills : Verbal and written : Required to be fluent in English. Also prefer candidate to speak German, Dutch, Italian, French, Spanish, Flemish
  • Flexibility to Travel : 60%
