The role requires senior sales skills combined with basic technical knowledge as well as working experience in the CV sector with focus bus.
The Sales Manager is the key point of contact for the clients and provides both pre- and after-sales advice. He / she liaises regularly with other members of the sales team, within the country and worldwide, and colleagues from a range of departments in the mother company, such as research, development, design, production and quality, as well as senior company managers.
The Sales Manager manages the client relationship on all levels. Ideal age range from 40 to 50. Availability to settle in Reggio Emilia is a plus.
Typical work activities
Ideal candidate must be self-motivated, sociable with customers and colleagues, full of initiative and good team worker.
He / she must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, and when submitting reports.
The candidate has to be organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approach.
He / she must already have a wide relationship network in the bus sector available and must be able to expand it further over the time.
He / she must be prepared for frequent presence at the Customers’ sites. Knowledge of both Italian and English language is a must, as well as basics of mechanical Engineering and electric Engineering.
