Our Leadership Development Program for

Software Developers and Engineers

is a three-year career acceleration program crafted for new graduates with a real passion for a future in technology.

Through job rotations, coaching, training sessions and with continuous feedback and mentoring, you will be exposed to the state-of-the art of methodologies and technologies adopted of Agile Product Development organization.

Minimum Qualifications :

You need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a numerical discipline

You must have above-average grades.

You must have obtained your degree in the past 1 year, or be studying for it now.

You also need some programming ability in languages such as Java, C#, C++, or JavaScript.

You must have a good level of written and spoken English (B2)

You value team working and collaboration.

About the contract :

Contract Type : Full-time, permanent contract.

Locations : Parma, Milano, Roma, Alessandria, Bari.
