He / She will responsible for color evaluation (Solid & Effect) of approvals of production batch, trial batch, and customer support, to ensure color consistency matching specification required for OEM customer STD, respecting the production planning deadline / Cycle Time.
Key Competencies :
Work on the standardization and optimization of color processes, improving FRC and n of adj trend, analyze the historical tinting data on running production to improve come-off position using quality improvement tools and methods.
Have a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Coating paint, Pigment, basic application tools, Color Lab instruments
Work closely with Color lab team and Color Process Engineer to support the feasibility of new color formula, implement / Improve an alternative method / tools (LCM), Color Vector, CI for color delivery by continuous improvement project.
Good knowledge on problem solving tools to analyze and trouble-shoot the internal and external quality issue. Collaborate with Quality, Tech lab and Operation teams to resolve problems.
Follow 5S, safety rules.
Requires :
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or equivalent education;
Coating industry experience, it’s a must the experience in Color team;
English : Full professional proficiency;
PC skills; Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook);
Able to work as a part of a team; ability to work and communicate efficiently
Pro-active, positive mentality with a strong drive for change
Ability to travel.
Under direct supervision, install, modify, upgrade, maintain, and repair non-complex products or equipment that have been purchased by the organization’s customers.
Deliver technical service provision to potential customers.
