Job description

Your main mission will be to ensure the implementation, supervision and improvement of all HR processes and people management, contributing to the company's growth for our NAOS Italy affiliate.

You will be in charge of :

  • Employee relationships, supporting the employees on labor law (payroll, legal aspects, contracts, collective agreements, holidays )
  • Monthly Payroll
  • Coordinating health and safety risks with external suppliers and Medical check-ups
  • Recruitment
  • Detecting training needs, setting up the Annual Training Plan and Management of the Tripartite Foundation grants
  • Performance Review (HRIS : MyHom&Talent)-Career & Talent Management
  • Jobs descriptions
  • Creating and developing HR policies and procedures
  • Implementing Company’s Compensation Program :
  • Ø Sales objectives and Incentives

    Ø Set-up and develop a Flexible Payment Plan : kindergarten vouchers, health insurance

    Ø Manage and develop Company’s perks : Life insurance, lunch vouchers

    Ø Set-up and develop a Job Grading system

  • Coordinate the Company Car Fleet and traffic fines
  • HR projects with headquarter in France : Feedback training, Insights workshops, Naos Social Policy
  • Skills

    You are graduated with Psychology, or BA or Labour & Employment Relations degree.

    You are fluent in Italian & in English, French is a plus.

    You benefit from at least 5 years of solid experience in HR Management.

    You are an expert in compliance, legal and governmental regulations

    Office (Excel and Powerpoint)

    You are known as a positive leader

    You are demonstrating problem solving, empathy

    You promote teamwork

    Diplomacy & integrity are part of your qualities
