Human Resources Manager Naos Italy (M / F) M / F
Your main mission will be to ensure the implementation, supervision and improvement of all HR processes and people management, contributing to the company's growth for our NAOS Italy affiliate.
You will be in charge of :
Ø Sales objectives and Incentives
Ø Set-up and develop a Flexible Payment Plan : kindergarten vouchers, health insurance
Ø Manage and develop Company’s perks : Life insurance, lunch vouchers
Ø Set-up and develop a Job Grading system
You are graduated with Psychology, or BA or Labour & Employment Relations degree.
You are fluent in Italian & in English, French is a plus.
You benefit from at least 5 years of solid experience in HR Management.
You are an expert in compliance, legal and governmental regulations
