CONTEXT
We are looking for a Transport & Continous Improvement Specialist , who will support our Logistics Department on a fixed-term contract, reporting directly to our Export and Transport manager.
Mission
The candidate will have to :
Integrate with current team according to roles and organization.
Enhance and improve the status quo of the operations, questioning and re-thinking how activities are operated.
Assimilate the various and different processes existing in logistics department for :
Supporting export and transport tasks and driving towards new ways / manners for a continuous improvement (CI) of activities.
Responsibility
Manage exportation of goods handling all customs documentation and coordinating with our logistics partners;
Collaborate with key stakeholders, both locally and Internationally across the company to coordinate and support Export and transport activities
Support the Department on organization of events or photoshoots;
Collect logistics operation data and follow performance with focus on KPI’s, lead times, procedures, and operation / shipping costs;
Identify gap respect Richemont Compliance Transportation Guidelines;
Ensure continuously the identification and implementation of improvements opportunities.
Implementation of tools systems to optimize various activities and to improve the service level and efficiency.
Profile :
Educational background : BA / MSc in Economics / International Business / Supply Chain / Data Analysis or similar;
Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PPT, Word );
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines regularly;
Advanced English written and spoken (mandatory);
Attention to detail, analytical mindset, ability to work under pressure;
Preferred Qualifications
Good knowledge of Microsoft Sharepoint or other digital / analytics tools would be a plus
Data Collection and Analysis experience.
Lean Green Belt certification or other Lean / Process management courses / certification
Good knowledge of SAP ERP and BI.
