Key Accountabilities

  • Support in the execution of HR Administration & Operations activities
  • Support in the HR Information System management
  • Support in the management of organizational systems and internal procedures
  • Support in the management of onboarding and welcoming activities for new employees
  • Support in the management of welfare and benefits matters
  • Support in the management of internal communication activities
  • Back office duties in cooperation with Sales Support teams in order to provide information to the customer
  • Requirements

  • Degree or Master in labor law or economics.
  • Full proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel
  • Fluent English
  • Passion for Fashion / Luxury business
  • Ability to work within fast growing environments and to contribute to build a new organization
  • Flexibility, hands-on approach, ability to handle multi-tasks
  • Proven self-organization and time management skills
  • Mature personality, self-motivated, positive attitude
  • Analytical skills and problem solving attitude
  • Exceptional commitment to teamwork
