To strengthen our Export team we are looking for a new team member in our Customer Service.The Customer Service handles the contact with independent distributors and agents concerning orders, deliveries and after sales in different countries all over the world.
Main tasks & responsibilities :
Independent handling and daily contact with our international distributors, agents and dealers.
Order entry, organization of international deliveries within the EU and extra EU, support of the credit management during the payment process
Support in the organization of clients meetings and events
Coordination of transport of the orders along with the logistics department
Handling of distributors and end consumers product claims, after sales support
Your profile :
Two or more years experience in customer service export or logistics
Excellent English skills, good German or Italian, other languages are a plus
Very good Excel skills
Service and sales oriented
Open minded to other cultures, flexible and problem solving oriented
Independent and precise
The office is located in our European headquarters in Bolzano, Italy.
