Our Cooks prepare stand-out selections from our delicious laneside menu, following the specs from our menu manual so that we’re able to keep quality high and our costs low.
As one of our Cooks, you’ll be instrumental in receiving food and supply orders, complying with health department regulations (for food handling, sanitation, and food rotation),
and following local and company safety guidelines related to the cleanliness and organization of our cooking and serving areas.
Occasionally you may also need to prepare special meals for catered events.
