In this Role you will
Manage the content and drive the social media team to develop and execute a content strategy aligned with the overall business objectives
Lead our content marketing strategy and work closely with several marketing functions and other departments (IT, Sales, Customer Support)
Research, conceptualise and create inspiring and engaging content such as, blog articles, whitepapers, social media posts, emails, and landing pages
Create and share regular reports showing content performance and KPIs to senior management and the whole team
Proofread and edit support for Italian copy made by our Marketing and Customer Support Teams
Your Profile and Mindset
Excellent project management skills, ability to multitask effectively, and work cross-functionally
Striving in a destructured startup environment, not looking for the 9 to 5 role
Self-motivated, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative problem solver - able to identify real obstacles and viable solutions
Extremely details oriented
Self-started, you don’t wait to get information and guidelines but take actions to find them
3-5 years in Content marketing and social media roles
Experience in creating content for a range of channels
Understanding of Google Analytics and other tracking tools
Experience in Fintech, Crypto and / or Trading
Skilled at planning, organising, prioritising and executing simultaneous projects and activities at once
Editorial mindset with an ability to understand the audience's content preferences and the right tone of voice for each channel
English at a professional level is required
