We are looking for a Customer Technical & Quality Service Specialist to be inserted in our CTQS function in our Headquarters in Piombino Dese (PD) directly reporting to the CTQS Coordinator.
The chosen candidate will be responsible for providing customers with the best-in-class Pre and Post Sales services, focusing on products and processes to solve issues, addressing sales opportunities on assigned products and services.
Key Responsibilities :
Pre and Post Sales management
Achieving the right balance in the negotiation of Quality and Technical Agreements with Customers
Ensuring, cooperating with the other stakeholders, the best level of service to our Customers
Requirements for application :
Education : Engineering / Scientific Management degree or related fields
Languages : Fluency in Italian and English, French is a plus
Experience : 1 to 3 years in pharmaceutical devices companies in Quality Control functions or R&D or Product Development
Skills : Customer Focus, Negotiation, Analytical Approach, Problem Solving, Technical Acumen, Decision Making, Leadership
