IRCCS San Raffaele Scientific Institute in Milan, Italy, is looking for a Technician to join at the Safety of Gene Therapy and Insertional Mutagenesis Research Unit (SR-Tiget, Milan).

Main activities : Cell culture and cellular assays (flow cytometry and clonogenic assays); Lentiviral-Vector (LV) preparations;

Molecular biology assays (nucleic acids extraction, PCR, RT-PCR, NGS library preps); In vivo / mouse-handling; General lab support (Lab ordering, managing equipment, supplies).

Who we are looking for : We are looking for a motivated technician to join our team. Experience in cell biology is compulsory for this position.

The candidate will be trained to gain additional skills on LV preparations and specific molecular biology assays. Bachelor, Master, PhD or equivalent with previous lab experience;

Previous experience in cellular biology; High motivation to work and collaborative mindset; High accuracy, reliability, precision under time pressure;
