The renovation has already started and we are searching for our HR and Project Management intern to be part of our team.
We are looking for a highly reliable, hard-working Junior Project Manager, who will support the Project Management team at handling demanding projects to ensure smooth implementation.
Ideal Candidate,will be involved in all practice areas like employee relations, internal policies-procedures, talent management and training, in cooperation with the HR.

What you ll be responsible for
Develops a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Responsible for the management of the complete life-cycle of a project
Understands the Company commitments as well as the Customer expectations, and steers the Project activities accordingly
Provides coaching to the team members, defines individual objectives and priorities, evaluates performances and reinforce successes
Maintain the employee management system and updating of Employee records
Contact person in HR matters and provide constantly administrative support to employees, across all areas of the generalist function including recruitment, training, benefits and employee relations administration
Help employees across the organization to strengthen and take human-resource oriented decisions.
