We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to work as part of the Adare team in Milan who will provide administrative, supply co-ordination and customer service support for clients ensuring that all Marketing Materials transactions are processed through warehouse system and delivery network effectively.
This role will also be liaising with multiple client locations / stakeholders, third party warehousing and materials suppliers as well as internal stakeholders to manage the end to end fulfilment process.
You'll be the point of contact for client ordering sites ensuring logistics activities are delivered within agreed client service levels and to the agreed operational processes.
You'll liaise between Account Managers, Clients, Third Party suppliers, Adare suppliers and other internal departments to facilitate the receipt and distribution of Client material through the Adare International warehousing function.
Coordinate supplier invoice process for the site ensuring that they are processed in a timely manner and and advise and resolve any related queries
Liaise with Adare owned or third party warehouse and logistics providers to orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay.
Support the Logistics Manager in the relationship management and performance feedback of third party providers
