Handles hiring and onboarding for one or more of the following : Credit Card Operations, Retail Operations and Mortgage Operations across the United States.
Maintains information in the Applicant Tracking System (Taleo), PeopleSoft and other Human Resource Information Systems.Handle multiple requisitions and job postings on a daily basisInteracts with various levels of candidates, human resources and hiring managers to schedule interviews.
Help arrange accommodations and transportation for candidates from out of state.Prepares offer, regret and acknowledgment letters.
Accountable for tracking new hire paperwork, I9 completion and IRM verification of employee file.Interacts with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a successful on-
boarding experience.Interfaces with internal resources and outside vendors regarding pre-employment requirements, including background checks, fingerprinting, drug tests, etc.
Serve as first point of contact in areas of on-boarding and new hire processing for the candidate.Generate ad-hoc reports as needed.
Performs work in compliance with applicable federal, state and local regulations pertaining to equal employment opportunity, immigration and company policy per management direction.
Supports multiple recruiters in their day to day work flow.Supports recruiting events as needed.
