Linenkeepers are responsible for providing the linen needs of the entire ship. Duties include delivering clean and dirty linen bags, bedsheets, cleaning rags, towels, and washed uniforms to shipboard personnel;

adjusting crew members uniforms, linen, shower curtains, and other ship curtains; assisting in any upholstery work in guest and crew areas;

and attending meetings and training sessions as requested by the Chief Housekeeper. A high school or hotel school diploma, one year Linenkeeper experience in a shipboard or shoreside setting, and two years of experience as a tailor or seamstress are required for this position.
