Working closely with the Executive Chef and the Sous Chef Pastry, you will also supervise and train the 1st Cook Pastry, Pastry Cook, and Assistant Pastry Cook.

  • You will be responsible for creating desserts indicated in the menu plan; ensure that food is properly stored and all work areas are cleaned according to USPH standards;
  • and ensure all equipment and machinery are properly functioning. If you have experience in a similar role, preferably in an upscale restaurant, hotel, cruise ship, or high-volume food service facility, then we’d like you to join us!
