We are looking for an intern who can have a development experience in within the HR Team.

The resource will have the chance to experiment directly a 360 experience on the following topics :

people management processes

employee engagement

The main tasks that will be assigned are :

Support the HR organization in daily administration tasks

Support the implementation of the main engagement activities

Support the HR team on Health&Safety management

Support the HR team on talent management (training& development)

Analysis and reporting on the main HR metrics

The candidate will have the chance to interact with the business leaders and understand the dynamics associated to a med-device multinational company.
