Job Description Details

  • Build, develop and lead the QA & Inbound logistics analytics and standards team. Identify, hire and develop team members to execute QA & Inbound logistics strategies.
  • Collaborate with QA & Inbound logistics teams to drive continuous cost and service improvement.Identify cost savings and customer experience improvement opportunities and build and present the business case to make the change.
  • Innovate and constantly evolve QA & Inbound logistics reporting and processes. Lead a team that knows reporting and processes are not static and should continue to evolve and improve.
  • Provide business leadership for QA & Inbound logistics with the IT team. Identify gaps and opportunities, create business requirements and champion improvements.
  • Work with QA & Inbound logistics to make sure data provided is timely and complete.


  • Possesses extensive knowledge regarding data modeling and simulation
  • Experience developing Optimization Models to answer complex business questions and support ongoing decision-making.
  • Advanced user of Excel.
  • Ability to understand data and synthesize data using advanced tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, SAS, R or VBA
  • Experienced with managing change and driving change through the organization across multiple markets (Globally)
  • Experience with lean six sigma or similar process improvement approaches
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to influence
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive team performance
