The Client Lead / Account Manager, is responsible for the full end-to-end customer engagement model from relationship development, growth strategy and customer satisfaction.

  • He / She contributes to securing long term account growth, sales and revenue while maintaining agreed profitability, expanding client relationships, buyer access and securing long-
  • term customer success. He / She balances and prioritizes strategic and tactical aspects of account management and demonstrates ability to build key relationships and networks across the customer base.

    The Client Lead, contributes to planning, coordination and management of all sales and delivery activities to achieve the regional / territory sales and revenue targets.

    He / She is responsible for developing partner relationships, overseeing competitor intelligence research and reporting, and manages customer satisfaction and business relationship.

    The Client Lead, is involved in all steps of the sales process for him / her assigned account(s), starting from a) defining growth strategy b) finalizing account plan including contribution coming from business partner, best practice and offering portfolio c) providing distinctive value proposition to client d) actively responde to client needs and tender.

    Key responsibilities include :

    Customer Centricity - Has a good understanding of assigned account's business and strategic direction, and partners with customer leaders to develop long-

    term business and IT strategy - Contributes to the development and navigation of an IT strategy roadmap - Develops and maintains relationships within an account, within Avanade and partner companies to increase influence -

    Works with customers to identify new opportunities, and strives to cross-sell and upsell Avanade services - Qualifies and negotiates deals with assigned account -

  • Manages customer expectations to align with the estimates, pricing, and contract in place - Ensures and maintains customer satisfaction, monitors the Customer Satisfaction Survey process, and acts on results Contribute to define industry direction;
  • leverage best practice; share with sales team relationship, competitor intelligence and client insight

    Sales to Delivery - Quickly prioritizes account opportunities to deliver wins, qualifying those opportunities that have true potential -

    May set and support to manage contract service level agreements - Contributes to account financial management, such as account P&L, invoicing, profitability, forecasting, and reporting -

    Provides leadership, planning, coordination and management of the sales process within the account - Contributes to finalization and implementation of the account's overall communication and growth strategy -

    Applies and leverages Sales Process (DEEPR), Solution Selling and Account Management practices

    External Years of Experience : 6 years of project or program management; customer management and / or sales experience in a service sales organization.

    Management Experience : 3 yearsEducation : Bachelor's degree in business, sales or engineering recommended; advanced degree preferredOther Skills / Knowledge : -

    Customer management and / or sales experience in a service sales organization - Strong commercial, delivery and project management skills -

    Proven ability to develop, maintain and leverage high-trust relationships with customers, colleagues and business partners -

    Good track record in contributing to large scale systems integration programs - Solid understanding of enterprise service solutions and knowledge of Microsoft technologies -

    Work as a team with internal organization and business partner; facilitate internal coordination for all activities related to his / her client / territory
