Leading firm is looking for an associate to join its Real Estate practice group in Milan. The real estate transaction’s team is a busy but very friendly team! You will advise on real estate, M&A and private equity operations, you will be focussing on the sale and purchase of large real estate investments and developments.

Including real estate funds and SIIQ.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Real Estate and corporate / M&A, you will have a specific knowledge of sale and purchase law and lease law.

Fluent English is necessary as the clients of the firm are both Italian and international.
