TECH SALES CONSULTANT / TECNICO COMMERCIALE
We have an exciting opportunity for a technical sales consultant to join our Honeywell Process Solutions brand selling our Modular Systems Offerings to be based in Monza.
What you will be doing?
You will strive to achieve product line AOP orders & profitability with planned linearity
You will drive overall pipeline to 4x of orders target including for NPI
Own the business development for product line End user / EPC account development, OEM , geographic expansion,
Drive product line specific growth initiatives and cross sell other PMC portfolio offerings
Provide technical sales support to channels and help channels achieve AOP
Monitor product line specific competitive, market, NPI and win loss trends for agile corrective actions to grow market share
Pricing control to improve profitability
You will define and execute go to market strategy direct vs channel etc.
Identify channels and develop
Conducting demand generation activities for product line in conjunction with sales & marcom (campaigns, roadshows, lunch & learns, events, seminars, etc.)
Support model selection, pricing, demo, trainings in the region and for channels
Provide pre sales and post-sales technical support to resolve product line related internal challenges and drive customer satisfaction by escalations / resolutions wrt (P&E, OMT, customer care, service, lead times, pricing , sourcing, ISC, technical assistance centre, etc)
Help resolve technical issues with orders clarifications, revenue
Ensure that the sales & channels to the market, both direct & indirect, are fully capable to deliver this value proposition effectively to the customers.
Position cross PMC portfolio
Effective support systems sales, EPC, SCA, Mega projects and HPS installed base team to improve PMC pull through
Qualifications and requirements
A degree in Engineering, Automation, Technology or Business related field, or equivalent knowledge and experience in a similar role.
You will have extensive experience of working with front end customer facing roles including sales, marketing, technical consulting and project management with expertise in specific product line.
Strong product line (multiple products) and industry knowledge
Excellent communications and presentation skills
Essential to be able to understand the technologies, and offerings
Hands on CRM experience, ideally salesforce helpful
Essential to have Microsoft Package Experience
You will have strong growth mindset, entrepreneurial skills, ability to overcome challenges and problem solving attitude
Experience planning, developing and executing sales campaigns or programs in specific markets or for specific products
Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building skills, at all levels with the ability to negotiate
Ability to travel 50%+
Degree qualified, or MSc is desirable
Knowledge of Honeywell products.
Knowledge of industrial segments : O&G, Refining, Petrochemical, Chemical, Pharmaceutical are preferred
Deep understanding of sales and operations
Knowledge and relationship with target market customers
Proven sales skills in handling key accounts with clear and demonstrable sales results, and managing sales cycle
SAP and various other tools
