RINA is currently recruiting for a Rolling Stock Engineering Manager to join its office in Genoa - Italy within the Green Energy Solutions Division
Mission
The resource will join the Transport & Mobility Business Line, being the representative for the projects & activities to the Rolling Stock Engineering.
Reporting to Transport & Mobility Senior Director, the ideal candidate will support the whole team in the development of the relevant competencies, commercial activities and projects as a key for the Rolling Stock Engineering Project and activities of the International T&M Team.
Job Responsibilities
Supervision of the Technical Delivery and the Coordination of the Engineers working in the relevant projects which include Rolling Stock Engineering activities,
P&L management of Rolling Stock Projects together with the Business Support Team
Development of the relevant business, by interfacing and supporting the business development teams withing RINA Consulting organization
Contribution to the development of the Strategic Development Plans of the Transport & Mobility (people, projects and order intake) and initiating actions to implement it as far as the Rolling Stock Sector.

Experience e Requirements
At least 10 years of specific experience in the Rolling Stock Engineering business
Good Communication and Coordination Skills
Excellent English level, both spoken and written
At least 5 years of experience in coordination or business management position
Proven knowledge of the Railway Business, with specific reference to Rolling Stock

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering General
