Based in Milan, the Performance Media Manager will be responsible for translating digital strategy into action plans to deliver and track best in market, data driven and integrated digital marketing campaigns.
We are looking for someone with experience across all performance media channels (video, display, social, SEO / SEM, native, affiliate), from strategic planning, execution and analysis / optimization perspective.
Having been accountable for delivery against business KPI’s is key as well as ability to manage media agencies.
The ideal candidate will be able to make smart decisions, even when faced with ambiguity, think strategically and is eager to put a new spin on what a digital campaign can be.
He / she can articulate what they are and are not trying to do. He / she is a good listener and a real doer, can multi-task and work at a fast pace.
Data-driven decision making, on-going testing and optimization following a robust learning agenda is central to the candidate’s experience so far.

Tech understanding & activation working closely with the Media Operations Manager, manage the implementation and constant optimization of how we active our proprietary marketing technology to deliver an automated, personalized user experience at scale through our advertising to deliver against business KPIs.
10 4. Agency management ability to give strategic direction, tactical briefs and areas of focus to media agency in order to maximize their performance.
20 ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS (DO YOU HAVE THESE ESSENTIALS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AN INTERVIEW?) Priority Level (out of 4) 1. Excellent sporting knowledge, understanding of the OOT landscape.
2. Evidence of end-to-end global digital marketing planning and execution
3. Significant experience as a senior digital media manager in an international setting.
4. Experience in launching innovative ad solutions / platforms, leveraging technology to improve ad experience and campaign effectiveness.
4 5. Proven ability in measuring performance against audience targets & analysis of large data sets to draw actionable insights for campaign optimization.
3 6. Relationship management skills : you will need to develop close working relationships with local and central teams, external-

6 years digital media experience (either through agencies of client side) 2. Degree level (or equivalent) education in communications, marketing, or a related subject 3.
Experience working in an international environment / global organisation 4. Previous experience managing digital media for an : agency, sport, digital, mobile, media, entertainment, lifestyle, or brave FMCG brand (i.
