Job Description
We are looking for a passionate, people-focused and highly-motivated HR Recruiter to join our growing tech and product environment.
As an HR Recruiter you will have the responsibility to recruit candidates for all our Business Units, with a focus on Product and Techonology Departments.
You will be part of the HR Team reporting directly to the Talent Development Manager.
Your Key Responsibilities :
being responsible for all the Recruitment porcess, especially for tech and product.
Contributing to develop and implement processes within e.g. employer branding and on-boarding
Contributing to building a high performing team and culture based on trust and feedback.
Working closely with all HR people in the team
Requirements to succeed in this role :
A solid theoretical foundation in organizational dynamics and Human Resources from a university degree.
Ability to organize their work according to priorities
Experience in creating and implementing HR processes in a fast-growing environment.
Experience from a tech or digital business and ability to identify the key requirements that make a skilled developer.
Enjoying seeing your team and other people succeed in their daily activities.
Ability to build long-term, trustworthy relationships with internal clients and with HR colleagues.
Being collaborative, curious, open-minded and flexible.
