WHAT YOU'LL DO

You will be embedded in the local HR Team dedicated to the generalist Associate and Consultant cohorts and you will be supporting the recruiting efforts related to the Associates cohort for the IGT system.

You will become a sparring partner in talent acquisition to all internal stakeholders as you will be accountable for managing stakeholder relationships and for the recruiting process efficiency while ensuring the best candidate experience possible

YOU'RE GOOD AT

  • Identifying creative ways to find relevant talent pools through the proactive sourcing of active and passive candidates via direct scouting, job postings, social media, web sourcing, talent mapping, headhunters, association memberships, employees, referral and networking.
  • Using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to actively track, manage and report on candidate pipelines to enhance stakeholder communication and ensure effective process management.
  • Partnering with the CT interviewers’ pool during recruiting rounds in order to ensure that the interview sessions run smoothly throughout the recruiting rounds, providing an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Managing the candidate pipeline, ensuring efficient management of the entire recruiting process.
  • Provide punctual and timely feedback to the candidates and follow-up until their starting date.
  • Manage the offer process, from the drafting to the extension.
  • Data analysis and steering sourcing efforts by regular reporting and analysis.
  • Supporting in relevant projects related to talent acquisition and beyond.
  • YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

  • 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally at an international executive search firm or in an equivalent internal function on the corporate side.
  • Outstanding communication skills in Italian and English as well as strong interpersonal and team-working skills.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Comfortable with the use of ATS systems and report set up and running.
