Manitowoc, global leader in lifting solution, is looking for a Sales Administration Manager to be based in Lainate (MI) Manitowoc offices.
This position is reporting to the South Europe Sales Director and has the full and autonomous responsibility of managing the complete order processing.
Including and extended to the external communication with distributor network and direct customers.
He also has the responsibility of local trade finance verifying customer credit line and finding to source right solutions.
Frequent contact with local financial partners to find better solution for credit line and minimize credit risk.
Verify credit line of each customer, finding the right solutions in collaboration with global Trade Finance
Check on customer order the technical composition of the machine
Verify the economical part of the order (discount, margins....)
Planning of machines delivery and annual budget prevision
Contacts with EMEA sales admin department
Management of sales administration office activities
Good organizational skills
Good English knowledge (French as a plus)
Knowledge of EH&S regulations
