Human Resources Representative
Job Summary :
VisLab, an Ambarella company, is seeking a Human Resources Representative for maternity leave replacement; they will assist and replace the HR Sr.
Manager with complex and specialized administrative tasks.
Supervisory Responsibilities :
Duties / Responsibilities :
Maintains employee records, ensuring completion and accuracy of details such as employee contact information, job classification, pay rates, organizational structure, and other key details.
Maintains the coordination and assures continuity and efficiency of the HR processes.
Maintains accurate records of active job openings and received applications; manages internal and external job postings.
Manages job requisitions and reviews applications from candidates; conducts and / or schedules interviews cooperating with hiring managers, general manager and recruiting agencies.
Performs administrative and recordkeeping tasks related to staffing changes, which may include layoffs, resignations, terminations, and leaves of absence.
Assists with the administration of employee benefits, which may include collecting and submitting employee information or insurance carriers or insurance brokers.
Plans and supports company-wide information meetings such as new hires or new students’ enrollment.
Counsel employees concerning work-related problems and conduct termination interviews, providing feedback to management when necessary.
Assures the continuity of the training planned by the management
Management of internal communication and the company Intranet
Conducts or assists with record audits and mandatory reports.
Helps delivering company policies and culture to all employees, fosters a healthy and positive workplace.
Performs other related duties and provides needed reports.
Required Skills / Abilities :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
At least B2 English level both verbal and written.
Familiarity with full cycle recruiting and with labor legislation.
Education and Experience :
HR related / relevant field degree preferred or high school diploma with HR certified trainings.
Three years of office experience preferred, with at least one year in human resources.
