Position :

The candidate will join the Leather Goods production plant and supporting the Industrial Director will manage the following activities : Main Responsibilities

  • Organization and management of the agenda;
  • Organization of meetings, reservations and travel;
  • Management of expense reports and management of invoices;
  • Management of internal communications;
  • Preparation of presentations and various documents;
  • Purchase orders and liase with suppliers;
  • Management of meeting rooms;
  • Support for the organization of corporate events;
  • Company cars management;
  • Purchase management and definition of company uniforms;
  • Coordination of the company canteen;
  • Coordination and management of company waste collection.
  • Profile :

  • Master’s degree;
  • Prior experience (at least 2 / 3 years) in the same role;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • High discretion;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Excellent command of IT tools (Excel, Word, Power Point);
  • Dynamism and flexibility;
  • Strong result orientation Be able to handle multiple priorities effectively
