Moneyfarm is a fast growing digital wealth manager that helps people protect and increase their wealth. We are looking for a CRM Marketing Specialist to join us in our Milan office.

As a CRM Marketing Specialist, you will pursue Customer’s engagement, conversion and retention via targeted messaging across all touch points for the countries where Moneyfarm operates (Italy, UK and, Germany so far) .

CRM Marketing SpecialistThe CRM Marketing is part of the Marketing team within the Commercial department and is responsible for taking customer, campaign and channel insights and using them to devise a pan-

european strategy for engaging, converting and retaining customers via targeted messaging across all touch points.The RoleWith the perfect blend of strategic, creative and analytical thinking, the CRM Marketing Specialist will help to develop and deliver Moneyfarm CRM Marketing strategy across various customer touch points which include but are not limited to email, SMS, push, in-

app and on-site.He / She will do so by leveraging CRM insights, technologies and best practice and will work closely with many teams including Technology, Data, Investment consultants, Marketing & PR, Creative and Editorial teams.

The role will cover both triggered, automated and one-off communications for Italy, UK and Germany. The hired candidate will report to the Head of Growth.

Main responsibilities : -Being responsible for the daily creation of 1-2-many communications in a timely and highly-qualitative manner.

  • Investigating the customer motivations and understanding the main biases towards investing-Identifying new opportunities for automated CRM programmes : sources and integrates the required data, briefs the creative team and working together with the Growth Squad to get dynamic and measurable programs live.
  • Supporting the different countries in developing and analysing test and learn strategies to optimise effectiveness; feeding all insights gained from regular reporting back to create a continuous process of testing and refinement.
  • Support the Growth squad in developing a multi-touch, multi-channel communications strategy spanning emails, SMS, push notifications, in-

    informed ambassador for the CRM teamSkills And Experience You Will Need-Previous 2-3 years experience within a CRM role at an agency or retailer-

    Deployment experience in an email broadcast tools e.g. Responsys, Eloqua, Exact Target, Adobe Campaign-An understanding of basic HTML-

    An analytical, proactive and flexible approach-The ability to work under own initiative and thrive in a fast paced environment-

    Must multi-task effectively-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, effectively and appropriately with colleagues, suppliers and others at all levels-

    Able to effectively prioritise workload-Experience trouble shooting and solving difficult and sometimes technical problems-

    Strong attention to detail, quality and accuracy imperative-A can-do attitude
