Senior manager, ecommerce trading (M / F)
The e-commerce trading senior manager will be responsible of driving sales and profit growth for own & operated eCommerce channel as well as for marketplaces and e-tail partners.
He / She will be in charge of maintaining appropriate customer experience quality levels, optimize business processes to increase operational efficiency and drive focus on strategic, value-adding activities.
Reporting into the Direct To Consumer Lead, you will manage the trading, web merchandising, content and performance marketing functions and partner with the brand digital marketing, UX & operation teams as well as third-party agencies to implement the eCommerce trading strategy through the product assortment management, commercial calendar definition and digital merchandising experience coordination.
You will have the full accountability of ecom P&L including digital partnership and the ongoing purchasing funnel optimization from content hierarchy definition to micro-conversion targets.
Business planning : definition of the yearly business plan and across sales, margin, traffic, conversion rate and all ecom KPIs as well as costs in partnership with ecom merchandising and finance teams.
Trading : definition on the overarching commercial calendar, specific trading events (mid / end of season sales, cyber week ) and coordination of the execution in partnership with eCommerce merchandising, digital marketing, UX and operations teams.
Digital Merchandising : ownership of the onsite product sorting, search and cross sell and up sell tools, categorization, taxonomy, filtering and ongoing site optimization.
Performance marketing : planning and coordinate customer acquisition and retention activities. Monitor results, individuate and report opportunities.
Technology scaling : collaborate with the UX & operations team & third-party vendors for the definition and implementation of the technology roadmap related to the platform.
E-tailers and marketplaces : being the main point of contact with the digital partners to evaluate relevant collaborations, establish the relationship and maintain and grow the existing ones.
Succeeding in the role requires a strong eCommerce background, solid track record of eCommerce business development, Direct to Consumer experience preferably from a large, global organization with omnichannel and consumer centric approach.
Experience : 8+ years experience as same role
DTC channel understanding and omni-channel approach
Excellent analytical background and skills
Strong understanding of technology and flows / interactions across platforms
Strong people management and coaching skills
Strong communication and influencing skills
Ability to work to tight deadlines and handle workload
Attention to details, preciseness, accuracy

Language skills : Fluent in English. Other languages will be a plus.
