Main tasks

  • managing the administrative employment process, granting compliance with legal requirements
  • collecting, drafting and recording documentation concerning the whole employment relationship (employment contracts, relocations, changes in contractual conditions, etc.)
  • managing enrolment of trainees
  • Managing personnel database software and electronic storage personnel files ensuring timely and effective updating of HR databases
  • participating in drawing up policy and procedures on HR related matter
  • Desired skills and experience :

  • Degree in Economics or Law
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role
  • Good Knowledge of spoken and written English
  • Gook Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, web navigation
  • Good communication skills and aptitude to team working
