The Project Manager carries out his / her tasks for the Projects department, under the direction of the Head Project Management department.
The Project Manager is responsible for the management and management and monitors the projects on a commercial and technical level.
Your Profile / Qualifications
Characterization of the activities :
Managing & supervising Solution projects in APC Cheese.
Making project plans for assembly and commissioning work in consultation with the process managers and our customers.
Monitor the progress of the project planning on the basis of structural project consultation.
Implementing project standards.
Ensuring the monitoring of project budgets (project controlling).
Have a commercial focus / approach during the project execution.
Setting up the project planning and monitoring the progress.
Responsible for coordinating work between the various departments and suppliers.
Maintaining contact with the client about progress of the work.
Monitor the project budget.
Adjust scope and negotiate with the customer.
Responsible for resource planning for installation and commissioning.
Responsible for the construction and delivery of project in the final phase.
Make sure change orders and / or additional work will be followed up (with customer and GEA internal).
Communication (with whom within the organization and what about? foreign languages)
Weekly contact with functional leaders and site supervisors.
Weekly with the head of project management.
Monthly with the head of production, procurement manager, head of engineering and head of automation.
External contacts : clients and suppliers.
Education and (work) experience required for the job :
Completed BS. education.
Leadership experience and at least 3 years of work experience in a similar job.
Being able to plan well, great organizational ability and a commercial service-oriented attitude towards our customers.
Being able to act decisively.
Italian and English Language.
