The position is within the Global Delivery Area, for domestic and international projects in the Financial Services industry.
Global Delivery Area team helps to accelerate the adoption of digital solutions of some of the major global banks and financial institutions by bringing them CRIF Digital Next platform.
As the customer-facing Global Delivery Area team, we provide thought leadership, consulting, and technical support through designing high quality software solutions based on digital platforms.
From pre-sales through to integration and performance, you will be an end-to-end trusted advisor to customers, managing their engagement with our platform and building technical solutions.
In a high-profile industry, you will be project managing, building close relationships with customers and creatively tackling some of the biggest challenges on the digital arena.
As a Project Manager - Financial Services you will be responsible for :
Collaborating closely with an integrated accounts team to evaluate customer needs and deliver the best integration solution
Ensuring customer success by focusing on best practice guidance and helping the customer to develop a long-term web performance and security strategy
Coordination of the functional / technical team in order to collect clients’ business / technical requirements, planning and coordination of the activities aiming at the development and the maintenance of the digital solution, focusing on the actual and the future clients’ need
Definition of the project plan (time / days / costs), of the full project management (activities, resources, economic aspects) and of the support to account managers in the definition of the project pricing and of the contractual aspects linked to the SLA;
Participating on internal projects to contribute to best practices, improving our methodology and quality of integrations
The domain of digital solutions includes digital lending solutions, digital onboarding solutions, digital payments and KYC services.
The position requires the participation in international projects, thus a mandatory requirement is the willingness to travel domestically and abroad for the realization of the project.
Mandatory requirements :
Previous experience as Project Manager (6-8 years of experience in similar roles);
Ability to manage the client;
Leadership and ability to manage the team;
Negotiation and communication;
Experience with basic and advanced Project Management methods and / or software
Agile methodology experience (preferred, not required)
Degree in science or in Economics / Engineer / Math / Statistics
Fluent knowledge of English written and spoken;
Previous experiences in project for Banking and Insurance industry;
PMP Certification (preferred, not required).
