Job Description :
Provide business domain solution, process, strategy, business case and change consulting to external client at functional and senior management level, on a chargeable basis.
The business domain includes industry specific business process and function specific business process such as HR, accounting and IT.
It also includes developing and managing IT governance mechanism and various policies such as security policy, business continuity policy.
Help the client innovate and formulate business solutions and technology enabled business models and new ways of doing business to create breakthrough positions in the marketplace.
provides input to the company account plan to develop and manage the strategic relationship with the client’s senior management, and act as a trusted advisor in transforming the client’s business.
Education and Experience Required :
Main technology skill required : proven hands-on experience on ServiceNow platform
Nice to have : knowledge of JDBC integrations, AngularJS programming, knowledge of LDAP, VPN, SSL, SAML / SSO
Platform environment : configure and maintain one or more components (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM and HR) of the ServiceNow solution.
Manage and configure integrations on ServiceNow CMDB (Configuration Management Data Base). Definition of ServiceNow knowledge bases.
Nice to have : experience with ServiceNow ERP integrations like SAP, HR systems integrations like Workday and automation with common cloud providers like AWS, Azure ecc.
Experience with configuration of common IdP such as Active Directory. ServiceNow Mainline certifications and Micro-certifications as a plus.
Other skills : knowledge of ITIL v3 and Agile (Scrum) methodology. Nice to have : experiences working with world-wide distributed teams with different cultures in Agile, Waterfall or Water-
scrum-fall projects. Preferred experience in team management.
