Position Summary

We are looking for a junior associate specialized in antitrust andregulatory to join our Milan office. You shall have strong academic credentialsand a genuine interest in cross-border merger control, cartels, dominant casesin competition law.

You shall also be ambitious and passionate about work,ready for the challenges of working in a global law firm, service-minded withstrong interpersonal skills and able to work in team.

Qualifications

  • Strong academic record;
  • Fluency in English, a second language preferred;
  • LL.M. in Antitrust;
  • Experience working in an antitrust department of an international law firm preferred;
  • International working experience a plus;
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills;
  • Good understanding of the key risks and issues involved in cross-border transactions;
  • Experience on advising on abuse of dominant position, anti-competitive agreements (horizontal and vertical), and unfair commercial practices.
