Job Description

Media analyst will be a key person in the team who will drive our data driven decision making. Work with team stakeholders to deliver timely and precise data and analysis. Provide actionable insights that help to optimize sales of inventory and audiences across direct and programmatic channels. Develop quantitative analysis, reporting, and predictive models to support decisionmaking regarding pricing, inventory, and products improvements.

Key Responsibilities will include

  • Reporting yield, sell-through and performance on a regular basis across Travel People properties 
  • Deliver Pricing analysis and recommendations 
  • Identify opportunities for driving incremental revenues for media products 
  • Drive experimentation of solutions to maximize opportunities and secure revenue growth 
  •  Maintaining revenue report and ongoing forecasting; modeling budgets 
  • Communicate with various teams (traffic, sales, programmatic) to highlight any issues and make strategic recommendations
  • Skills and Experience 
  • Strong analytical mindset – comfortable with large amounts of unstructured data, ability to quickly extract implications from data 
  • Excellent quantitative and data analysis skills – math/statistics/economics background 
  • Excellent spreadsheet skills, ability to deliver clear and brief reports and presentations based on data 
  • Familiar with key Digital Media concepts (CPM, CPC, CTR) 
  • Good English communication skills – written and spoken
  • Desirable 
  • 1/2 years of experience in digital advertising or media/publishing industry 
  • Experience with Google Ad Manager, Analytics 360, SSPs Abilities/Qualities 
  • Thorough and meticulous with extreme attention to detail 
  • Proactive team player  Self-motivated, tenacious, uses initiative and problem solver 
  • Work to tight deadlines with a can-do attitude 
  • Strong communicator internal / external
