The candidate responsibilities are :
improve the reliability of equipment / systems and maintenance processes by applying the principles of Reliability Engineering program
apply Root Cause Analysis and risk evaluation methodologies (FMEA, HAZOP, ) to improve equipment in supporting manufacturing operations;
measure reliability performance and demonstrate success of improvements
identify the appropriate maintenance approach; develop, implement, review and improve Maintenance SOPs for new and existing equipment / systems;
Define, review and update the equipment Parts Lists, BOMs and CMMS data integrity for new and existing equipment
perform analysis of corrective work orders in CMMS in order to identify trends / recurrences, focus improvement opportunities,
Perform functional equivalency assessment of spare parts
support troubleshooting in collaboration with plant engineering, manufacturing, and maintenance
participate and provide support for audits as needed
support the implementation of predictive maintenance across the facility
identify cost / waste / energy reduction opportunities and implement reliability driven actions
Proficient computer skills and experience in use of MS Office software and MS Project. Good knowledge of written and spoken English is required.
Knowledge of cGMP’s is a plus Familiarity with Biotechnology manufacturing operations, support systems (CIP, HVAC ), and plant utilities, is a plus.
