The Business Control and Processes Manager, reporting to the local CFO, will drive and manage the planning and forecasting processes;
he / she will be also responsible for the business performance and cost analysis & reporting.
The Business Control and Processes Manager will coordinate the IT team and projects and will be in charge of business processes definition and / or review.
The position requires active co-operation with both the Accounting Team and the rest of the Finance team and full support to the CFO and to the Risk Manager for Internal Audit issues and other specific matters / projects.
Ensure timeless and quality of the complete Budgeting & Forecasting processes and Management reporting (incl. monthly closing activities, reporting and variance analysis), being also the main referent for the EMEA’s Business Control Team
Ensure high quality in business control and analysis and drive continues improvements, while providing the managerial guidance towards achieving the company goals and objectives
Define and / or review the business processes and procedures working in close collaboration with all the departments, identifying the required changes and driving their implementations when needed
Lead the IT team and IT Projects
Support the development of the Company’s Business Projects
Being an active member of the Local Credit Committee
University Degree in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent field
Minimum 5 to 7 years of advanced experience in the Finance area, with a previous experience as Business Controller for the Local Entity of an international group
Former experience in Audit is considered a plus
Strong Accounting, Business Control and Project Management skills
Autonomous, rigorous and structured, with high level of integrity and accuracy
Business understanding and customer focus
Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and teamwork
Ability to work both independently as well as in global teams
Ability to manage a team
Fluent in ITALIAN and ENGLISH both written and spoken
Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
The knowledge of IDMS is considered a strong plus
