Your field of responsibility

Join us as a Junior Client Manager within Wealth Management! In this role, you can start to familiarize with the world of Wealth Management and work within a very skilled team that supports Relationship Managers (RMs) with important clients’ portfolio.

It’s part of the job to gather disposals from clients through all provided channels and execute customer instructions, including payments and orders.

Main responsibilities also include support in preparing client documentation (documents, positions, contracts, etc.) and their verifications, in performing call-backs, in supporting RMs in various activities such as clients’ onboarding, KYC periodic reviews, K&E and IPQs renewals, preparation of investment proposals to clients, etc.

Join the Front Office Support in Parma, a 2 people unit that is looking for a very motivated and strongly teamwork-driven person.

Parma FOS department is composed by middle experienced employee on both banking and investment activities and it closely collaborates with RMs and Tied Agents in a very motivating and client-focused atmosphere.

Your role will report to the branch's FOS head, a sector that includes 3 other hubs and 4 peers.

Moreover, yearly all colleagues are invited to attend mandatory trainings in order to update their skills and competencies with online courses with the best providers on the market.

Your skills and experience

We are looking for someone who has :

  • Significant work experience (minimum five years in a bank as CFE) both in managing banking payments, credits and investment services
  • Evidence of good knowledge on both investment funds, discretionary mandates and life insurances products and processes
  • Considerable know-how of and pragmatic experience with Italian Anti Money Laundering rules and laws, better if based on some learning certificate
  • A positive outlook to work in a multi-tasking environment with a strong teamwork orientation based on previous working experience
  • Academic qualifications requested : at least a school leaving certificate in accounting, better a bachelor’s degree
  • Demonstrated ability to interact and communicate with customers both on phone, emails and face-to-face meetings, also in stressful situations
