Telefono Azzurro intends to place itself in a highly receptive way towards change and methodological and content innovation in the field of training and information.
The aim is to offer a more efficient training program to both internal resources of the Association (co-workers, volunteers) and sector operators (e.
g. paediatricians, teachers, sports stakeholders, social workers, parents etc.) on issues concerning childhood and adolescence.
Telefono Azzurro wishes to get in touch with professionals with specific and proven experience in the planning, management and reporting of training programmes and the related research of both national and European public and private funding.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE
Sharing the mission of the Association, the resource will have to identify areas of development and define and implement training activities.
Through these, he / she will promote strategies aimed to prevent, help and operate to contrast abuse and violence against children and adolescents.
He / she will have to find possible calls and sources of funding.
Once identified potential calls, he / she will deal with the technical elaboration of a project : formal drafting, planning, and collaboration with the administrative sector for the reporting and bureaucratic aspects.
He / she will be the point of contact with the supplier entity and partners, coordinates with the Presidency until the presentation and development of the project and its final approval for the final presentation to the supplier entity.
He / she will then program the action plan, proceed with the identification of the necessary resources, plan and develop the necessary training to teachers individually based on the single projects.
