Area Sales Manager (m / f / d)

As one of the leading distributors worldwide, ALBIS Distribution GmbH & Co. KG offers its customers one of the market-leading and most comprehensive product portfolios as an independent partner.

It includes standard polymers, engineering plastics and an increasing number of sustainable products. With around 450 employees at 24 locations, ALBIS is represented in many countries in Europe, North Africa, Asia and America.

Your responsibilities :

  • Contact and visit existing and new customers regularly to ensure continuation of existing
  • business

  • Project identification : develop a strong pipeline of new Opportunities
  • Monitoring and reporting on all commercial projects in the region
  • Implementation of regional and national Sales and Marketing Strategies in the region
  • Pricing negotiations with customers - including contract negotiations
  • Recording of information related to customer, competitor & market in our CRM system
  • Recording, processing and solution of customer problems
  • Representation and presentation of all services of the company
  • Support of Sales and Marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Your profile :

  • Commercial or technical training; ideally additional business or technical studies
  • Solid knowledge of the entire value chain of the plastics processing and plastic producing industry
  • First successful field sales activities, ideally in an international environment
  • Ability to assert company interests with customers while maintaining customer satisfaction
  • High degree of independence and self-motivation
  • Very strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in Italian and English, further foreign language skills desirable
  • Living in the geographical district of Veneto in order to cover Veneto, Friuli and Trentino regions
  • Confident in using MS Office package and SAP as well as CRM systems
  • Ability to manage customer contact and coordinate internal resources via Webex
