Join us for our location in Milan, Italy as Order Processor Service Your responsibilities Provide technical support to customers Discuss and evaluate customer requests regarding technical feasibility and a proposed solution Advising end customers / operators in regard to all technical inquiries relating to the MR product range Offer elaboration, cost and sales price calculations Preplanning of service jobs to be carried out on weekly basis Coordinate / analyzing safety issues related to the after sales service and preparation of the necessary documentation and certification Cooperation with the area Sales Management in regard to commercial clarification of offers and orders Your profile Knowledge, experience and good understanding of the operation and servicing of power transformers will be considered and evaluated as a plus Computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Word), SAP knowledge will be considered a plus Language skill : business fluent English and Italian (German will be considered a plus) Driving license (cat.
