WHAT’S YOUR NEW ROLE ABOUT?
The position of Ad Operations Campaign Manager is accountable for online advertising campaigns across Italy and France in close communication with the central Ad Ops team in the UK and the rest of the Ad Ops team spread across the globe.
The role is responsible for handling the day to day management of ad operations functions across the Perform Sports Media network.
WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR NEW ROLE ?
Be the ad operations lead for the Perform Italy and France
Support team work with ad ops support team to ensure campaigns are setup and managed as booked, and to oversee campaign reports are delivered as scheduled
Translate all campaign bookings into English
Assisting the sales team with the availability forecasting
Managing inventory across the company’s properties
Analysis review regional inventory and bookings to ensure inventory is being maximized
Sales Team work with regional sales team to support media briefs with inventory checks and ideas about how to package inventory
CRM liaising with local finance team to ensure all relevant data is captured in CRM and ad server to ensure revenue is reported accurately
Main ad ops contact for Perform 3rd party publishers in France and Italy
Assist in rollout of Data Management Platform (DMP ) across France and Italy
Maintaining advertiser client relationships and their campaigns by managing client expectations, communication and reporting metrics.
DO YOU HAVE THESE ESSENTIALS?
Minimum of one to two years’ experience in a digital media, preferably ad operations role
Experience with display, video, mobile advertising
Ad serving skills and knowledge
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including an ability to provide effective training to groups of employees
Excellent organisational skills with the proven ability to plan and prioritise multiple tasks.
