Based in Milan, an international context we are looking for a Direct to Consumer marketing manager M / W to strengthen the development of our Direct to Consumer Department.

YOUR MAIN ACTIVITES :
We are looking for an experienced marketing manager for our direct to consumer global channel to define and execute an integrated strategy and seamless consumer journeys across all different touch points, following company and brand strategy with the consumer at the center.
Goals for this position are increased qualified traffic, leads, and overall revenues and channel KPIs. Performance marketing, CRM, DTC content and front end UX and digital marketing campaigns across all channels will be a focus.
You will report to the Head of Direct to Consumer and will lead the following activities :
Define the brand journey into DTC environment, support both channels to achieve all business KPIs through planning and implementing elevated phy-gital marketing strategies, ensure elevated customer experience and global consistency.
Collaborate with brand marketing and creative team to develop and execute marketing plans.
Inspire and ensure coordination with Partners Stores and Shop in Shop.
Manage .com and retail instore storytelling calendar and execution.
Support .com and store destinations through local relevant moments and dedicated activations to fuel the community program.
Aligning with brand team, oversee communication activities including technical and / or promotional material writing (e.
g., product manuals, sales kits)
Coordinates day-to-day performance marketing channels with the external partner with the goal of driving profitable growth and ROAS for ecom and retail campaigns.
Monitor the main Marketing KPIs and draw insights and observations for partners and internal stakeholders
Analyze weekly media performance metrics across all marketing channels to ensure goals and KPI’s are met. Identify opportunities.
Help identifying and establishing benchmarks for future campaigns.
Lead all digital marketing initiatives, developing internal know-how and introducing best practices and techniques to ensure a best-in-class approach.
Manage digital marketplaces marketing activities, Marketing budget and contractors & agencies management
YOUR EXPERIENCE & SKILLS :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics or related field
8+ years experience in client-facing marketing roles in a digital driven environment. Same industry background would be a plus.
Strong understanding of direct to consumer marketing methodologies and of omnichannel marketing
Data driven decision making
Strong communication skills to be able to effectively communicate marketing efforts, media performance / ROI and best practices to the broader organization.
Able to adapt style and influence and engage different audience
Strong influencing skills and experience working with stakeholders of all levels of seniority
Solid experience with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
Solid experience working with CRM and SEM.
Organized, analytical, results-driven, problem solving attitude
Willing to travel
Fluent in English, both written and spoken. French and / or other languages will be a plus
