Eurotech, a global company that delivers leading edge and cloud platforms for the Internet of Things (IoT) and enables connected business-to-business applications for large enterprises, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Project Manager to expand its professional services team.

The candidate will be responsible to effectively plan and oversee the development of projects from their inception to the final delivery, pro-actively manage the communication with the customer, identify potential risks and devise contingency plans, continuously coordinate with other departments in the organization including engineering, procurement, and production.

Reporting into the engineering business unit, the candidate will join a multi-national team of talented and hard-working engineers and will be involved in state-of-art projects and interact with customers worldwide.

Office location : Udine Area, Italy.

Responsibilities

Develop full-scale project plans according to a statement of work

Schedule and track project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools and delivering regular progress reports, documentation and presentations

Co-ordinate internal resources to ensure the customers needs are satisfied, whilst ensuring that Eurotech’s business interests are maintained

Control project scope changes, identifying risks and devising contingency plans

Pro-actively manage all communication with the customer

Improve internal project management best practices through retrospective analysis

Qualifications

2-years work experience in a project management capacity, including all areas of process development and execution

Degree in an Engineering related subject

Desirable Experience

Broad understanding of electronic hardware and software

Experience with Clarizen, Redmine or similar project management tools

Knowledge of industry vertical certifications like EN50128, DO, or MIL

Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Good and confident communicator and be able to manage all relevant stakeholders

Strong written and oral skills in English
