MAIN TASKS :

Successful candidates will support project managers in the operational development of the following issues :

  • Project management (PM) support and management / coordination of complex transformation processes
  • Design and definition of credit processes (disbursement, monitoring and recovery)
  • Analysis and design of credit architectures
  • Setup of procedures and operational processes to support credit management
  • Data analysis and implementation of data quality controls
  • EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with excellent grades in Management Engineering or economic / financial disciplines.
  • Solid knowledge of banking organization and processes.
  • Willingness to make frequent transfers on international territory (Eastern Europe, Balkans and Middle East)
  • SOFT SKILLS :

  • Excellent diagnostic skills, problem solving, communication skills, organization of own work, time management and attitude to teamwork
  • Fluency in English. The knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus
  • LOCATION : Bologna / Milan
