To assure the service to the Automotive Customers Market products, collecting from them Q&R problems and working to get the final solutions, through failure analysis activity and problem solving coordination with ST wafer fabs and assembly / T&F plants.
To drive internally customer’s requests (data reporting, special programs, etc.) and to assure customer about the final product quality.
To provide full support to customers in case of crisis / excursion : defining containment actions timely and effectively, collecting all needed data, coordinating 8D-team to find root causes and permanent corrective actions.
To manage the activity of failure analysis on customers’ returns from 0Km, Field and line fallouts driving FA activities in several ST-FA labs.
To verify the implementation and the effectiveness of the corrective actions.
To provide to the Customers with image of excellence of the company, supporting : audits, visits, data exchange and high level technical communication.
